Paola brings a love of art and a passion for helping others with her creativity through sound healing and expressive painting. She loves to paint elephants and Buddhas, as they symbolize spiritual growth, courage, strength, and the pursuit of inner peace.​ Her intuitive nature led her to the practice of meditation and breath work, allowing her clientele to experience personal growth both mentally and physically.

As a certified sound therapist, she supplements her skills through her 200-hour yoga teacher training, along with her Reiki I and II degrees, reaching the high level of Usui from her Reiki master.

Her intention is to lead by example, continuing to grow and share a wide array of tools and knowledge that can bring relaxation, balance, and overall well-being to individuals and organizations, helping them ride the waves of life more gracefully.
