We've got a variety of online yoga and specialty classes that you can do from the comfort of your home or wherever you can unroll a mat to unwind and take some time out for you. Classes can be paid per session or memberships available.
All Levels Yoga - a mix of movement and holding yoga poses. The class focuses on bringing attention to alignment and technique with breath. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs. This is a livestreaming class.

Basics Yoga - The basics class is a class for students from beginners to well seasoned practitioners. It goes back to the basics of understanding the poses we hold while focusing on breath. This class also gives modification options as well as education on prop use to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs.
Restore & Stretch - Restore & Stretch yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. This class is often supported by props to enhance or deepen the experience in the pose to achieve a state of total relaxation, peace, and ease. *Please have 1-2 blankets, 1-2 blocks, and a strap (or any substitutes) for this class.
