Rental Terms & Conditions:
Reservation Terms: Must be 18 years or age or older to make a reservation. All purchasers must sign Contract Agreement, and Waiver forms before the release of any rental equipment. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and signed for by an Adult.
Cancellation Terms: To release reservation purchaser must give 24 hours notice of cancellation to receive a refund. If rescheduling a reservation, a 24-hour notice must be given to change date depending on availability. No refunds for any cancellations will be given or accepted if not supporting the 24-hour notice policy.
Rental Policies: Only the person listed on the contract may use rental equipment. We do not allow equipment sharing; this means only one person per paddle board. Rental equipment cannot be taken on land or placed in a boat and can only be used at Lake Pleasant, which then MUST be returned to Scorpion Bay Marina when the reservation time is complete.
When it comes to safety, Desert Lotus Paddle boards reserve the right to cancel any tour, event or rental before departure for any reason whatsoever. In the case that we cancel you will receive a full refund or reschedule of the engagement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel is at risk to themselves, others, or our property.
