This online Yin & Restore class combines long-held yin stretches with restorative postures designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and encourage deep relaxation. Using supportive props, you'll be guided through a gentle practice that helps calm the nervous system while creating space in the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for those feeling stressed, fatigued, or looking to balance a busy lifestyle. Join from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a calming practice that promotes flexibility, recovery, and overall well-being. Suggested Props: • Yoga mat • Yoga blocks • Blanket • Pillow or bolster (optional) • Eye pillow (optional) No prior yoga experience is required.

Cancellation Policy Online Class Booking Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If a participant needs to cancel their reservation, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time in order to retain class credit. Class credits must be used within 30 days of the original class date. Unused credits will expire after 30 days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time and no-shows will forfeit the class credit. Desert Lotus Wellness AZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. If a class is canceled by Desert Lotus Wellness AZ, participants will receive a full credit or refund. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating in an online class, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume all risks associated with participation.
