PaddleFest is Back! Come on out at see us at Fireman's Cove located at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. Starting Saturday, April 6th 8am-5pm. Spend the day checking out all the local businesses who supply all kinds of water craft activities. There will be free paddling for anything! It's a family friendly event so bring the kids and bring the friends! We will be having a few Free SUP yoga demo classes out on the water so come on out and get a taste of what it's all about. Space is limited and based on a first come, first served basis.
What is the event?
A fun time for everyone to come out to the park and try different forms of paddle craft (Sit-on-top kayaks, touring kayaks, sea kayaks, Hobie pedal kayaks, outriggers, rafts, whitewater kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards! You can bring your own paddle craft too. There will be fun activities, free to use demo watercraft (in the designated cove), and live music. Who can attend? Anyone, the whole family! Life vest are provided and required for on-water recreation participation. BRING YOUR WATER CLOTHES AND GET WET! (if you have your own paddling life vest, bring it).
What is the cost?
Besides the park entry fee per vehicle to enter the park, there is no other cost to try out demo watercraft in the cove and to join the fun activities. There is a ½ hour limit on trying each paddle craft. To see last year’s event go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTgWKOv6GTU

What to bring:
Life vest (if you have one), clothes and shoes you can get wet, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and money for park entry fee, food, and drinks.
