BoardYoga: A one-hour class made for everyone from beginners to well-seasoned practitioners. This fun practice is a combination of stretching, movement, and holding yoga postures while feeling the connection of body and breath on a foundation that requires you to find your balance on a board.

Ages 18 and Up
Must know how to swim
No Experience Necessary
Please arrive 10 minutes early for class
Wear anything that is comfortable that you don't mind getting wet (swimsuit, yoga gear, shorts, shirts, etc.)
Bring Water
Bring Towel if needed
Bring any Sun protection to fit your needs (sun glasses, hats, spf, etc.)
