Gift Card Value & Expiration

Gift cards retain their monetary value and do not expire. Any unused balance remains available for future eligible purchases, subject to applicable law.

All Sales Final

Gift card purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Gift cards retain their monetary value and may be used toward eligible experiences offered by Desert Lotus Wellness AZ.

Gift Card Redemption

Gift cards may be applied toward eligible experiences offered by Desert Lotus Wellness AZ at the time of booking. Gift cards are not tied to a specific event unless expressly stated at the time of purchase. A gift card does not guarantee a reservation for a particular event, date, or location.

Changing Experiences & Discontinued Events

Desert Lotus Wellness AZ offerings, events, locations, schedules, and prices may change over time. A particular experience may not remain available indefinitely. If an experience is discontinued or unavailable, the remaining gift card balance may be applied toward another eligible experience. Please contact Desert Lotus Wellness AZ if no suitable alternative is available.

Event Cancellations by Desert Lotus Wellness AZ

If Desert Lotus Wellness AZ cancels an event for which a gift card has been redeemed, the amount of gift card value applied to that booking will be restored to the original gift card balance where possible. If the original gift card cannot be credited, a replacement digital gift card will be issued for the applicable amount. Restored balances retain their monetary value and do not expire, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations & No-Shows

All reservations are subject to Desert Lotus Wellness AZ's booking policies. No-shows forfeit the amount paid or gift card credit used for the reservation. No credit or transfer to another event will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

Remaining Balances

If a gift card is used for a purchase that costs less than its available balance, the unused amount remains available for future eligible purchases, subject to the capabilities of the booking and checkout system and applicable law.

Applicable Law

These terms are subject to applicable federal and Arizona law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
