Service Description:
Lotus Yoga All Levels: A paddleboard yoga class made for everyone from beginners to well-seasoned practitioners. Get ready to explore a little more out of your comfort zone! This fun practice combines holding yoga postures while feeling the connection of body and breath on a foundation that requires you to box yourself in with the experience. Take the challenge and get a little wet along the way! No experience necessary for paddleboarding and/or yoga. Ages 16 and up can sign up, but one parent/guardian must be present at the event. Space is limited, and reservations are required. No drop-ins will be accepted. Bring water, a towel, and any protection you need from the sun.
